Provides clerical and administrative assistance supporting funeral operations. Other duties include meeting the public, answering questions, providing funeral and cremation information, answering phones courteously, and assisting with funeral, memorial, and other services or ceremonies as requested by clients and management. Attendance at monthly staff meetings is expected.
