Job summary

Global X Investments Canada Inc. in Toronto is seeking a motivated Fund Operations Analyst to support daily fund accounting, NAV validation, and financial reporting within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will work with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and other service providers to ensure accurate records and timely disclosures while growing your expertise in investment operations and fund administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• CPA/CFA designation is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly fund accounting processes.
• Validate NAV calculations, accruals, income allocations, and portfolio valuations.
• Investigate and escalate accounting discrepancies, valuation exceptions and reconciliation breaks.
• Monitor fund expenses and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Assist with preparation of annual and interim financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Support audits and collection of supporting documentation.
