Job summary

Altis Technology in Toronto is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to own business-critical applications spanning financial processes, contract management, and AI-powered recruitment tools. Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with C#/.NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular 12+, SQL Server and RESTful APIs
• 3+ years of cloud experience across AWS and Azure, including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, App Services, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID and Key Vault
• Strong experience with complex SQL, database design, migrations, stored procedures and performance tuning
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, MSAL, Azure AD App Registrations and role-based access controls
• Experience with GitHub Actions, automated testing and CI/CD practices
• AI/ML experience involving vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG or LLM APIs is preferred
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder partnership skills

Responsibilities

• Build RESTful APIs and integrations connecting internal applications with HR, ERP, CRM and third-party platforms

• Troubleshoot complex production, integration and data integrity issues while contributing to testing, code reviews and technical documentation

Working closely with technical leadership and teams across Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing, youll build secure, scalable solutions using Angular, .NET Core, SQL Server, AWS and Azure. Your work will have a direct impact on the systems people rely on every day.

Your Responsibilities

Youll design and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular and SQL Server.

Youll troubleshoot complex production, integration and data integrity issues while contributing to testing, code reviews and technical documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of full-stack development experience with C#/.NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular 12+, SQL Server and RESTful APIs.
3+ years of cloud experience across AWS and Azure, including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, App Services, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID and Key Vault.
Strong experience with complex SQL, database design, migrations, stored procedures and performance tuning.
Experience with OAuth 2.0, MSAL, Azure AD App Registrations and role-based access controls.
Experience with GitHub Actions, automated testing and CI/CD practices.
