Responsibilities

• Determine each prospective client’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Promote new business and expand the customer base through referrals and prospecting.
• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles and demonstrate vehicles (test drives).
• Stay informed on product specs, prices, options, and features across brands.
• Attend product trainings and utilize closing techniques when appropriate.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork to customers.
