Job summary

Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore in North Vancouver is seeking a dynamic Product Advisor to guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey and deliver a premium Toyota experience. You will welcome customers in store, present features, arrange test drives, discuss pricing and financing, and coordinate deliveries with the sales team.

Training is provided, and a commission-based compensation plan is in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Able to work all days including evenings and weekends.
• Strong work ethic with energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build rapport.
• Highly organized with multitasking and follow-up ability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in person and via phone/online inquiries.
• Build rapport to understand needs and recommend vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals with management.
• Maintain follow up using CRM to manage leads and relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure smooth handover.
• Develop product knowledge on OEM features, tech, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
