Urban Barn Ltd. is seeking a Full-time Store Supervisor for our Skyview store in Edmonton, AB. You will work with the Manager and Assistant Manager to lead a team, deliver an outstanding shopping experience, and uphold our brand standards.

Candidates should bring retail sales experience and a track record in customer service leadership, plus a flexible schedule. The role involves opening/closing, coaching staff, and supporting stock/merchandising tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred.

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

• Guide customers in their decor choices
• Open, prepare and close the store
• Train and coach team members
• Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising
• Ensure the performance of the store
• Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:

• At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
• Experience in Customer Service Leadership
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
