Urban Barn Ltd. in Moncton, New Brunswick is hiring a Full-time Store Supervisor for our new location opening at the end of October 2026. You will lead with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a welcoming shopping experience and a positive team environment.

The role focuses on guiding customers in decor choices, opening/closing, coaching staff, managing stock and merchandising, and maintaining store standards. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a 40% product discount.

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

• Guide customers in their decor choices

• Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising


• Ensure the performance of the store


• Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:
