Job summary

Paladin Security in Winnipeg is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead our security team with a daytime, full-time schedule. The role is based at a downtown Winnipeg site with a pay rate of $17.25/hour and a standard 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM shift.

You will supervise personnel, conduct inspections, lead briefings, manage coverage, and respond to incidents while maintaining professional customer service and ensuring safety. Required license, First Aid/CPR, and strong English communication are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License.
• Previous security experience is preferred; supervisory experience is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to complete site-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site procedures and security requirements are followed.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management
