Responsibilities

• Lead a team of on-site 20 security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Prepare and review incident, accident, and investigation reports
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and management when required
• Identify security risks and recommend corrective actions
• Serve as the main point of contact for security-related concerns
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and staffing levels
• Manage security equipment inventory and maintenance
