Urban Barn is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate for the Mississauga Outlet in Ontario. The role involves assisting customers with furniture and décor, greeting customers warmly, and managing transactions, while upholding store standards.

The position offers a chance to grow with a national retailer and work in a vibrant design-focused team. Candidates should have at least 2 years in retail sales, be comfortable with POS systems and iPads, and be available 30–40 hours per week across varied

Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends).

What You Will Do:

• Guide customers in their décor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs
• Provide a warm greeting to every customer

• Carry out transactions (purchases, exchanges, and returns)
• Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:

• At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience
• Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad
• Flexible availability for 30-40hrs per week
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
