Purdys Chocolatier in Winnipeg's St. Vital Centre is seeking a Full-Time Retail Team Lead to help drive sales and guest satisfaction. This permanent role reports to the shop management and focuses on merchandising, customer service, and store operations.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming experience for every visitor. Availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, is required.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our shop in St. Vital Centre. The team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to the policies and guidelines of the company . You will guide the staff; however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

This permanent full-time position requires availability for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).

You will be a good fit if you are:

• Passionate about chocolate and have leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality industry
