About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance and maintain an organized, efficient operation. You will act as a keyholder, overseeing daily tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will support staff training and development, fostering a positive team culture and a welcoming environment for guests.

What You Will Do

• Lead by example to drive performance and exceed sales goals
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store operations as a keyholder
• Support staff development, training, and team-building initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service, connecting guests with the right products
• Maintain high standards in merchandising, stock levels, and cleanliness
• Promote and educate guests on sustainability initiatives and practices
