Compensation: $18.50-$23.00 per hour

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance and maintain an organized, efficient operation. You’ll take charge as a keyholder, overseeing daily tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You’ll help cultivate a positive team culture by supporting the training and development of staff, all while fostering a welcoming, knowledgeable environment for our guests.

What You Will Do

  • Lead by example to drive performance and exceed sales goals
  • Serve as a keyholder, assisting with opening/closing procedures and store operations
  • Support store staff development, training, and team-building
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, helping guests connect with the right products
  • Maintain high store standards in merchandising, stock levels, and cleanliness
  • Promote sustainability initiatives and educate guests on Fjällräven's sustainability practices

Requirements for the Role
