Job summary

The 401 Group is hiring a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice at our North Bay front desk. You will manage high-volume calls, process payments, and handle daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced automotive and services environment.

We offer a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) at 2635 Trout Lake Rd, North Bay; benefits include health and wellness programs, parking on-site, and opportunities for career growth within the 401 Group of Companies.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient with computers and basic software
• Experience with multi-line phones is an asset

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department
• Receive payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers
• Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice and professional demeanor
• Handle licensing paperwork
• Prepare daily production reports and balance tills
• Additional duties as assigned

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location: 2635 Trout Lake Rd, North Bay ON

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to theappropriate department
• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greetcustomers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
• Licensing paperwork
• Additional duties as assigned
• Daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
