The 401 Group is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to welcome visitors and callers at our Owen Sound front desk. You will manage a multi-line phone system, process payments, and maintain a professional, positive first impression.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling licensing paperwork, balancing tills, and supporting daily reports. Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location: 202410 10th St W, Owen Sound ON

Wage: $18.00 per hour

Availability: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to theappropriate department
• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greetcustomers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
• Licensing paperwork
• Additional duties as assigned
• Daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
