Job summary

Paladin Security in London, Ontario is seeking a full-time security officer to respond to alarms, conduct property inspections, and report issues. The role requires a valid G license, a clean driving record, and knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.

Local postings include competitive pay from $18.35 to $19.60 per hour, with overtime via averaging agreement and daily pay options. Post-secondary education in security is preferred; we offer training, benefits, and

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid G Class license.
• Clean drivers abstract with no convictions and no demerits in the last 3 years.
• Previous security experience is an asset.
• Post secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Schedule:

Pay Rate:

$18.35/hr - 0 to 3 months

$18.75/hr - 3 months to 1 year

$19.60/hr - 1 year +

Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement – calculated after 88 hours bi-weekly

Requirements:
