Job summary

Paladin Security is seeking personnel to respond to alarms and service calls at a London, Ontario site. You will conduct property inspections and report any issues or concerns, ensuring security coverage and incident documentation.

The role requires a G Class license, clean driving record, and post-secondary security education. The position offers full-time hours with a competitive benefits package, daily pay option, and opportunities for training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid G Class license.
• Must provide a clean drivers abstract with no convictions and no demerits in the last 3 years.
• Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Site Address: 18 - 1100 Dearness Drive, London, ON, N6E 1N9

Status: Full Time

Week 1:

- Sunday (20:00 - 07:00 hours)

- Wednesday (19:30 - 07:00 hours)

- Thursday (19:30 - 07:00 hours)

Week 2:

- Monday (19:30 - 07:00 hours)

- Tuesday (19:30 - 07:00 hours)

- Friday (19:30 - 07:00 hours)

- Saturday (20:00 - 07:00 hours)

Pay Rate:

$18.35/hr - 0 to 3 months

$18.75/hr - 3 months to 1 year

$19.60/hr - 1 year +

Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement – calculated after 88 hours bi-weekly

Requirements:
