Job summary

Pure Canadian Gaming Corp. is seeking a Line Cook specializing in Asian cuisine to join the kitchen team. You will report to the Head Chef and assist the Food & Beverage team in delivering high-quality, artistically presented dishes to guests.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, handling special orders, station upkeep, and maintaining a clean, efficient line in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Job Duties

• Preparing meals as per outlined procedures and plating.
• Making allowances for special orders.
• Working in a fast paced, warm kitchen environment.
• Putting away food product orders.
