Job summary

Urban Barn Ltd. in Kamloops, BC, is hiring a Full-time Key Holder to support store leadership and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.

You will open, prepare and close the store, coach staff, guide customers in decor choices, and ensure visual standards, stock, and merchandising tasks are performed to drive sales and store performance. This role requires 30–40 hours per week with flexible shifts across weekdays, weeknights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Retail sales experience.
• Experience in Customer Service Leadership.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts).
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Key Holder, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
