Job summary

Urban Barn in Kamloops is hiring a Full-time Key Holder to join our team at the Kamloops store in British Columbia. You will help lead the store alongside the Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience and a positive work environment.

Open seven days a week, the role requires 30-40 hours per week with shifts across days, evenings, and weekends. You will guide customers, open/close the store, coach teammates, and support stock and merchandising to keep visuals and

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Key Holder, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
