West Fraser's Pacific Inland Resources Division, located in Smithers, BC, is recruiting for Full Time - Entry Level Production roles.

You will join the Production Department, perform tasks such as sorting, stacking and piling lumber, handle materials, and operate equipment, with safety as a core priority.

No prior experience required; we welcome reliable, safety-minded individuals who want to learn, grow and contribute to a busy, hands-on team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the routine maintenance and cleaning of the sawmill equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and promptly reporting any malfunctions or issues to the team
• Strict adherence to company safety standards and follow safe work practices such as lock-out, pre-job hazard assessments, etc.
• Stand for extended periods

Compensation Package:
