Job summary

West Fraser’s Canadian Operations Office in Quesnel, BC seeks a Supply Chain Application Analyst to support inventory and supply chain technologies within the IT group. You will analyze requirements, implement improvements, and provide strong technical support across ERP and data systems.

Ideal candidates hold a four-year degree in CS or engineering, possess solid organizational skills, and have experience with enterprise inventory management tools such as SAP, Oracle EBS, JDE or Microsoft

• Four-year university or technical institute degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Well-established organizational skills.
• Detailed and proactive approach to work.
• A high level of motivation and energy.
• Experience supporting and implementing enterprise inventory management technology is ideal.
• Experience with Trimble Forest Product – LIMS / WeighWiz, SAP, Oracle EBS, JDE, Microsoft Dynamics, relational databases, Java, .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, systems integration.

Supply Chain Application Analyst:

As part of the IT group, this role will provide support, analysis, and development assistance for all technology that supports the inventory and supply chain areas of the business.

You have:

• Experience with the following technologies will be considered an asset:
  • Trimble Forest Product – LIMS / WeighWiz

  • Relational databases and corresponding tools
  • Programing languages such as: Java; .NET; Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Systems integration, interface design, data conversion and solution architecture

Compensation Package:

The salary range for this position may vary depending on experience, education, and location. The salary range is between $75,000 - $105,000/per year.
