Alberta Ballet in Calgary seeks a Box Office Supervisor to lead the Calgary office. Reporting to the Box Office Manager, you will have at least two years in customer service, strong computer skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

The role is full-time year-round with benefits and vacation, with compensation based on experience. Experience with Tessitura or similar theatre ticketing systems is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a primary customer service role.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with standard ticketing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Advise Box Office Manager in policy development and department objectives.
• Maintain Tessitura database and prepare reports for other departments.
• Schedule and supervise part-time Box Office representatives.
• Reconcile deposits and batch headers.
• Supervise media and guest ticket pickup tables and troubleshoot during evening performances.
