Job summary

Genesys seeks a Software Developer Full-Stack Intern for AI Scoring, Evaluations and Surveys in Toronto. You’ll contribute to the QA/Scoring & Survey path, building features end-to-end with a hybrid in-office schedule.

The role blends frontend and backend work in a fast-paced AI environment, offering mentorship, hands-on projects, and opportunity to work with AWS, Java/Spring Boot, Python, React and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in software-related discipline.
• Interest in frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
• Experience with Java, Python or JavaScript is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build production features, backend flows, APIs and UIs for evaluation, scoring and surveys.
• Deliver secure, scalable applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Write tests, perform code reviews and debug issues.
• Collaborate with team to use AI tools for faster development.
