Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development skills with Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AI APIs/models (e.g., prompt engineering).
• Self-starter with autonomy and accountability.
• Collaborative team player with openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack features for an AI-powered web app using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Integrate AI models and APIs for document processing, data extraction, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to productionize AI models.
• Stay updated on AI technologies and explore new applications.
• Build scalable backend services to support AI workflows.
• Create intuitive UIs that surface AI capabilities.
• Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and ideation.
• Own feature development end-to-end post ramp-up, coordinating with QA.
• Communicate across teams to unblock dependencies and improve release flow.
• Contribute ideas during quarterly planning and hackathons.
