The Associate Director is responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability. This position operates in a blended role; recruiting top talent (“candidates”) to fulfill open client job orders while establishing and developing client relationships. It involves collaborating with business stakeholders, leaders, and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.
