AtCozey in Canada is seeking a Fulfillment Center Clerk for our new distribution center at Mount Royal, Quebec. You will unload containers, organize the warehouse, and support daily logistics alongside the Warehouse Operator.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
• Ability to work physically for extended periods (standing, lifting upto 49lbs/22 kg, working in variable temperatures).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes consistently.
• Comfort working with inspections, quality checks, and basic documentation.
• Experience in quality control, returns processing, or furniture handling is a plus.
• Experience in small teams or start‑up environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers and safely handle merchandise by placing items onto pallets.
• Actively contribute to the organization and optimization of the warehouse, including sorting, inventory counts, and space improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment on a daily basis.
• Receive, sort, and inspect returned items to ensure quality standards are met and items are restocked when applicable.
• Prepare orders with attention to detail, including picking merchandise and printing/applying shipping labels.
• Work closely with the warehouse operator, Customer Happiness Managers, and the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Support various warehouse-related tasks as needed, based on operational priorities.

We are currently looking for a Fulfillment Center Clerk to join our new distribution center located at 8191 Ch. Montview, Mount Royal, Quebec H4P 2P2. In this role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Operator to support the smooth execution of daily logistics operations.
