Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment across multiple facilities. The role blends operational leadership with people management to ensure safe, efficient execution and alignment with business objectives.

You will oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and customer outcomes. Strong leadership and safety mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Several years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading frontline or supervisory teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience managing operational performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment operations daily.
• Manage and develop teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and engagement.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and coordinate workflows to hit targets.
• Drive process improvements and policy implementation.
• Monitor metrics and take corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Support business plans while promoting safety and continuous improvement.
