Job summary

Maersk seeks a Logistics Specialist or Customer Experience Partner to deliver industry-leading customer experience and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maersk Control Tower experience and execution.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal networks, and key 3PLs/2PLs, ensuring KPIs are met and processes are aligned with IOPs and SOPs across regions.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• 3-5 years of SCM or similar industry experience.
• Solid SCM / Shipping operations background.
• Client Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Maersk Client account requirements and end-to-end program; execute per IOPs, SOPs, KPIs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer and internal networks.
• Maintain relationships with main 3PLs/2PLs to improve operations.
• Coordinate with Global account team (GPD, KCM, GCT).
• Identify program exceptions and troubleshoot per guidelines from PM or KCM.
