Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading frontline or supervisory teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities.
• Manage and develop teams through hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Establish operational priorities, allocate resources, and coordinate workflows to meet service, productivity, and quality targets.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and best practice adoption.
• Monitor performance metrics and operational results, taking corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
• Resolve operational challenges by applying sound judgment, evaluating alternatives, and implementing effective solutions.
• Support business plans and strategic objectives while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
