As Area Product Manager, Canada, you will translate the global Lead Logistics growth strategy into a clear and actionable business plan for Canada. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, LLP NAM, you will own the overall health and performance of the Lead Logistics product in the Area, including customer retention, growth, service quality, productivity, and P&L outcomes. As the primary Lead Logistics product contact in Canada, you will collaborate with Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, Customer Program Managers, Operations, and regional product teams to deliver consistent, customer-focused, and commercially sustainable solutions.

Lead the execution of the Lead Logistics product strategy and business plan for Canada. Own key commercial and operational outcomes across the Area portfolio. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer retention, service quality, profitability, and growth. Influence regional product priorities, platform adoption, transformation, and continuous improvement.
Translate global and regional Lead Logistics product strategy into an actionable Canada business plan with clear priorities, initiatives, owners, and an execution rhythm. Own and drive the Area Lead Logistics P&L, including revenue, gross profit, cost-to-serve, productivity, direct operating expenses, SG&A, and overall profitability improvement. Serve as the product lead and primary Area point of contact for Lead Logistics, representing product priorities with Area leadership and cross-functional partners. Protect and grow the Canada Lead Logistics portfolio by identifying churn risk, addressing service or value gaps, and mobilizing recovery and growth actions. Develop a deep understanding of customer performance, including service quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, operational issues, and financial health. Partner with Customer Experience and Customer Program Managers on business reviews, escalations, renewals, operational improvement plans, and customer growth conversations. Identify organic growth, upsell, and share-of-wallet opportunities by understanding customer supply chain needs, pain points, and future priorities. Provide product expertise for renewals, customer reviews, tender responses, pricing inputs, value propositions, and commercial discussions. Use operational, financial, and customer insights to monitor portfolio health, steer corrective actions, and deliver against service, productivity, transformation, and financial targets. Support standard product governance, bowler chart performance management, platform adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives in Canada.

Bring typically 8 to 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, Lead Logistics, product management, commercial management, or customer‑facing operational roles. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Lead Logistics, customer operating models, service delivery, and Area‑level commercial performance management. Show proven ability to manage or influence P&L outcomes, improve margin, protect revenue, and support commercially sound decisions. Bring experience supporting renewals, business reviews, escalations, retention plans, pricing discussions, tenders, and customer growth opportunities. Use financial, operational, and customer experience data to identify risk, performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and growth potential. Understand KPI governance, bowler charts, customer health monitoring, platform adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Communicate clearly and influence effectively across Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Program Management, and regional product teams.
