Job summary

Telecon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all regional operations in Saskatoon area, including safety, finances, contracts, field work, and subcontractors. The role drives project delivery from estimation through completion and requires travel as needed.

The ideal candidate will reside in/around Saskatoon with 5–10 years of field supervision and strong telecom project experience, plus leadership and communication skills to guide teams to targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline is required.
• 5–10 years of field supervision and project management experience, preferably in telecom.
• Experience with telecommunication projects and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all regional operations including health & safety, finances, contract management, field activities, and subcontractors.
• Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities through strong telecom networks.
