Job summary

TelMAX Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction & Inspections Manager to oversee FTTH outside plant projects. You will coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and safety across Southern Ontario.

You will lead inspections, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory and client satisfaction, while supporting a dynamic growth agenda within TelMAX.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience, telecom construction exposure a plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FTTH outside plant construction deliverables with vendors and field teams.
• Develop project objectives, scope, budgets, and detailed schedules.
• Prepare labor and material estimates and manage change orders.
