Job summary

telMAX Inc. is seeking a Manager of Construction and Compliance to oversee FTTH outside plant construction projects across Southern Ontario. You will coordinate vendors, supervise field teams, and ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

The role reports to the VP of Construction and Design and offers growth opportunities within a fast‑growing fibre network platform. A strong emphasis on regulatory adherence and quality is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of construction experience, telecom construction a asset.
• Experience preparing labor and material estimates, budgeting, and project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH outside plant construction methods.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations on construction sites.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FTTH outside plant construction deliverables with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans with objectives, scope, budgets, schedules and forecasts.
• Prepare labor/material estimates to meet project budgets and design.
• Oversee fieldwork and ensure documentation, schedules, and material demands align with plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
