Job summary

Coast Capital Savings is seeking an Assistant Manager, Member Services at the Aulds Road Branch in Nanaimo, BC. You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives to deliver Coast Capital's simple financial help with outstanding service, guiding growth and profitability for the branch.

You will coach the team to develop sales skills, resolve member concerns with a smile, and ensure cash management and security align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of leadership experience in a bank or credit union.
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Economics or related area.
• Investment Funds in Canada certificate.
• Strong knowledge of relevant banking technology systems.
