Aviva Canada is seeking a seasoned leader to drive team performance and execute our strategy within a flexible, hybrid work model. You will coach and develop people, use data to remove barriers, and ensure the delivery of business-unit goals while maintaining a strong risk and quality focus.

You will work across insurance-specific domains, bringing CIP/FCIP credentials and provincial licensing, and you will partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent in Atlantic Canada.

• Explain risk controls and quality standards.
• Develop capabilities through on-the-job coaching and training.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Assess capabilities and development needs.
• Conduct performance conversations with clear direction and feedback.

• Identify root causes of waste and drive root-cause analysis.
• Apply risk management controls proportionately.
• Make data-driven decisions with frontline insights.
• Participate in QA and training opportunities.
• Own team results and align with company goals.
• Communicate link between strategy and team goals.
