Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a Store Manager to assist the Front Store Manager in directing daily operations at a Shoppers Drug Mart location in Canada. The role focuses on optimizing product flow from backroom to sales floor, staff development and delivering strong customer service.

You will collaborate with the Management Team to manage labour scheduling, inventory control and expense management while upholding the company Core Values and Blue Culture across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
