Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a Front Store Manager support role to help manage the store's human, physical and financial resources. You will focus on moving products from backroom to sales floor, ensuring standards, and driving profitability while leading a team.

• Ability to plan and prioritize inventory and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Store Standards to optimize customer experience and profitability.
• Collaborate with Management to ensure standards are in effect including backroom.
• Assist FSM with labour scheduling and use WFM to maximize productivity.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate for daily operations.
• Hire or support hiring for all departments (excluding Pharmacy).
• Drive culture and engage staff by upholding core values.
