Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada is seeking a Front Store Manager (FSM) to oversee operations, human resources and financial performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

You will work with the Management Team to maintain store standards, plan labor with WFM, hire for departments (excluding Pharmacy) and coach staff to live the company's blue culture. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on community service.

• Previous retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability.
• Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom.
• To help manage in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business.
• Hires and/or supports hiring for all departments, excluding Pharmacy.
