Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the business and lead by example.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
• Business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing human, physical and financial resources of the store.
• Ensure store objectives are achieved and product flow from backroom to sales floor.
• Oversee staffing and labour scheduling; leverage WFM tools.
• Hire or support hiring with FSM; maintain wage administration.
