Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. in Richmond, BC, is seeking a front store leadership role to assist the Front Store Manager in overseeing human, physical and financial resources, with emphasis on product flow from backroom to sales floor.

You will help manage staffing, labor productivity, wage administration, and drive Blue Culture through leadership and our core values in a local Associate-Owner store within a national brand.

• Manages labour scheduling and leverages WFM to maximize productivity.
• Ensures staffing levels are adequate to operate the business.
• Supports hiring in conjunction with FSM and supervises recruitment for all departments.
