Qualifications

• Previous Front of House Management experience.
• Ability to run the front of house and lead shifts to meet brand standards.
• Ability to create connections and deliver service excellence.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dining room operations as directed by Franchise Owner and General Manager.
• Ensure the store meets benchmark restaurant standards and delivers a perfect guest experience.
• Develop and coach associates to improve performance and service.
• Support and implement standards and controls across shifts.
• Model behaviors aligned with brand values and recipes.
