Olive Garden in Langley, BC seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee daily operations, coach the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards while delivering a warm, family-style experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the dining room as directed by Franchise Owner/GM.
• Ensure the store operates to benchmark standards and delivers a Perfect Guest Experience.
• Continue to develop and coach associates to improve performance.
• Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience across shifts.
• Support and implement Standards and Controls within the restaurant.
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with brand principles and recipes.

What you will do in this role:

• Previous Front of House Management experience
• Possess the potential to effectively run the front of house and lead all shifts to meet Brand standards
