Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests at MRU venues.
• Main point of contact and supervisor for Ushers on duty.
• Assisting with scanning tickets and patron seating for assigned seating and general admission.
• Addressing ticket discrepancies with the Event Liaison or Box Office.
• Assisting Event Liaison with FOH operations for each event.
• Leaders when delegating venue duties and assisting with post-event checklists.
