Job summary

Central Social Hall in St. Albert is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee daily service and maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

This on-site role supports servers, hosts, bartenders and expeditors to ensure smooth operations. You will manage floor plans and reservations, handle staff and guest inquiries, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, lead staff training, and promote menu items and events to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and hospitality focus; ability to resolve guest issues gracefully.
• Experience supervising a large front-of-house team in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and basic bar/kitchen workflows.
• Experience training staff and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, standing for long periods.

Responsibilities
