The Front End Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting the Front End Manager and guiding the Front End and Admin teams. This position is responsible for helping ensure that all front-end operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with Pete's Frootique & Fine Foods’ commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

In this role, you will help maintain high standards across customer service, cash handling, food safety (where applicable), and overall front-end procedures. You will work closely with team members to support daily operations, encourage high performance, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

The Front End Supervisor shares responsibility for the overall effectiveness and success of the Front End, helping to ensure both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
