Qualifications

1 year of retail experience.
1 year of experience in team supervision.
Strong attention to details.

Responsibilities

Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained.
Oversee register coverage and store supply usage.
Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing issues.
Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising).
Train and mentor new associates.
Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
