Job summary

RONA in Edmonton is seeking a dedicated Frontend Supervisor to lead our front-line team and ensure excellent customer service. You will oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations to keep daily store functions smooth.

Candidates should have at least one year of retail experience and one year in team supervision, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach. This full-time role offers growth opportunities within our local retail network.

Your role:

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• 1 year of retail experience
• 1 year of experience in team supervision
• Strong attention to details
