Job summary

RONA is seeking a Frontline Supervisor to lead our frontend team, ensure outstanding customer service, and oversee register coverage and stock usage at our Laval store.

You will train new associates, promote company programs, and help run daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Retail and supervisory experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience required.
• 1 year of experience in supervising a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Become a vital part of Rona and ensure exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line teams. With your organization, attention to detail and communication skills, you'll train our associates to make every visit a positive experience!

Your role:

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• 1 year of retail experience
• 1 year of experience in team supervision
• Strong attention to details
