Job summary

RONA in Calgary is seeking a Frontend Supervisor to lead store teams and ensure high standards of customer service. You will supervise frontline staff, manage cash handling, and train associates to implement company programs and initiatives.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and delivering a positive shopping experience to customers in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience.
• 1 year of experience in team supervision.
• Strong attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained
• Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
• Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues
• Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives
• Train and mentor new associates
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

Your role:

What we're looking for:

• 1 year of retail experience
• 1 year of experience in team supervision
• Strong attention to details
